Convenience rules. It’s now the foundation for many brands. Think Amazon, Uber and Netflix. In survey after national survey, healthcare consumers have demanded that healthcare providers place convenience on par with quality of care. Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) got the message. They instituted a series of innovative technological changes that took a sprawling network and brought it down to a size that’s easy for patients to access and use. We developed a multimedia campaign that clearly demonstrated the various ways LVHN makes care convenient.
